Competitions & ISPO

Last week I headed to Brand for the FIS European Cup.We weren't allowed to participate on Thursday because there went something wrong with the announcement but on Friday we were ready to compete. We had to go up on the mountain at 7 o'clock which was way too early. Then we had two Runs for Training and they exactly certified us in fact that we don't have more than two runs,-that was crazy because two runs were definitely insufficient.Well, after all I could reach the 4th Place, not really stoked about it but I injured my knee the day before a little bit so I wanted to make sure that everything is kinda safe.Next time it hopefully will be better ;-)

After the European Cup I headed to my brilliant girl Isabel and our next stop was Switzerland. On Saturday we started our way to the Flumserberg for another stop of the Swiss Freeski Tour. The weather was better than we expected, the view was acceptable but however the conditions in the Park were partly sketchy. But we had a lot of fun and this is the most important thing. The day was over and we went home with the first place, wuhu :)

Our next and last stop, guess what,ISPO.On Sunday we passed in Munich at the Ispo and it was a blast,it was so much fun to meet and talk to all the people and to see all the new collections and of course to know, what I'm going to wear the next time and yes,I really love the new O'neill Outerwear.

Youngblood Camp,Europa Cup & Ispo

First of all I want to make mention of the very sad news,we got last week.I think it was very hard for everybody, who was a little bit integrated in our sport,to hear that Sarah Burke passed away last Thursday. As I read it in the internet,I hardly couldn't belive it.I got to know her last year at the Nine Queens Event and it was so crazy because she was the most friendliest Queen of all.I still can remember pretty good as she asked me after my name when we stood on top of the inrun and while I was dropping in,she cheered ''Yeaah Sabrina,go for it''.She was definitely the most impressive girl in the whole freeski world and she had not only a lot of talent but also a lot prettiness & loveliness. There's nobody who can ever mess with her.RIP Sarah Burke!

My last weekend did I pass with some coaching at the Youngblood Camp at the Arber.I had a great group full of girls and we had so much fun together.I really enjoyed the days with the ladies and it was so impressive to see how they improve theirselfs from day to day.

On Thursday I'm going to participate in my first Fis-Event.I will take part in the Europacup in Brand, after that I'm heading to Swiss for the next Competition of the Swiss Freeski Tour and on Sunday I'll visit the Ispo to check out all the new products for the upcoming year :-)

O'neill Video Diary & Youngblood Camp

On Sunday I finally arrived in Munich/Germany after three amazing weeks in Colorado.I left Colorado with a little tear in my eye because it was such a great time out there but I'm also pretty happy to be back home right now, even though skiing was way better than school ;-)

And if you want to see, what I've done on my trip to Colorado, check out my O'neill Video Diary right here:
